Virtual Months 2 to 5: Build your conditioning in each Maturity Model capability - learn best practices and innovative solutions then tailor them to fit your team’s playbook. Plot out your organizational strategy to level-up your capabilities.
Gear up and test out your newly developed playbook with your global peers. Collaborate with similar and mixed-level teams to challenge and vet your playbook. Leave knowing your playbook has been unpacked and repacked to ensure it contains just what you need to successfully shift your organization’s approach to corporate learning and performance support.

For cancellations received prior to the close of business on Friday, October 30, 2020, a $100 handling/processing fee will be assessed per registered team member, and the balance of your paid Summit fee will be refunded. For cancellations received Saturday, October 31, 2020, through Friday, November 6, 2020, a 50% handling/processing fee will be assessed per registered team member, and the balance of your paid Summit fee will be refunded. If you do not cancel by Friday, November 6, 2020, or if you fail to show up for the summit, there will be no refunds.
