Beth has in-depth knowledge in the theory and application of performance support principles. She is the former president of the Performance Support Community Leadership Council and led a large company through the transformation from an organization that developed training to a learning and performance-oriented organization.
She has been responsible for driving change in the way organizations think about their work, customers, and each other by guiding learning professionals to think differently about how they provide learning and support at all 5 Moments of Learning Need.
Beth has trained and coached over 400 learning professionals on their journey from ADDIE to EnABLE.
Beth has 30+ years of experience successfully leading highly-matrixed organizations through periods of strategic change and transformation; she has held multiple leadership and management positions in the all areas of learning.
Additionally, Beth is a Sr. Learning and Performance Support Strategist at APPLY Synergies, a strategic consulting firm that specializes in helping learning organizations design, develop and measure effective learning and performance support strategies to meet the 5 moments of learning need.
