Carol has been applying the principles of the 5 Moments of Need Methodology since 2008, and teaching the 5 Moments of Need methodology since 2013. Over the past several years she has specialized in working with healthcare organizations, especially those moving into new facilities. Using the 5 Moments of Need Methodology, Carol has been instrumental in designing solutions that get the answers people need to do their job, where they need it, when they need it.
Carol’s work has been built upon over 18 years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of learning and performance support materials for a broad spectrum of clients including: academic institutions, professional associations, and international NGO’s. She is a curriculum developer with in-depth knowledge in the theory and application of adult education and learner support principles. She is recognized for her ability to guide subject matter experts through the development process to create sound instructional design for learning and performance support content.
