Angie Hubert, Meta

Angie Hubert is a passionate learning and development leader with diverse experience developing programs and teams. Angie’s 25 years of experience in learning and instructional design, organizational development, and HR technology allow her to bring a unique approach to organizational talent development. Angie currently leads Learning Operations & Enablement for Meta’s Global Operations, a team focused on enabling AI leveraged workflow learning at scale.

Sivaram (Siv) Jambunathan

Siv brings over two decades of experience in the fields of Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Learning & Development. With an engineering background, Siv transitioned to HR and discovered a passion for talent development and workforce capability building. Throughout his career, Siv has focused on accelerating individual growth and driving business transformation initiatives.

A firm believer in the power of “good trouble,” Siv consistently challenges the status quo by pushing boundaries in the implementation of L&D technology, performance consulting, impact-based results, learning in the flow of work, and the outsourcing of L&D services. Siv’s approach is rooted in creating meaningful change and delivering measurable results.

Over the course of 20+ years, Siv has held diverse Leadership roles at respected organizations including General Mills, Cargill, IBM, and Honeywell. His experience spans Human Resources, Talent Development, Change Consulting, Leadership, and Executive Development.

Siv has lived in Singapore and India, and has traveled extensively to more than 20 countries, delivering leadership programs to global audiences. Siv now resides in Virginia, where he enjoys spending weekends hiking in the scenic Shenandoah Valley.

Mark Wagner, Retired Learning and Talent Development Executive

With a four-decade career shaping the futures of thousands of professionals in the insurance industry, Mark has pioneered programs and strategies at major corporations like Progressive Insurance and The Hartford Financial Services Group. During his tenure at The Hartford, Mark led learning functions and introduced quality and leadership enablement initiatives. He’s been awarded two patents: one for an innovative employee badging and credentialing process and another for a knowledge management support platform. In 2016, he launched the first U.S.-based insurance apprenticeship program, inaugurated at a U.S. Department of Labor ceremony.

Mark has held various prestigious advisory roles, including serving on President Biden’s Advisory Council on Apprenticeships and as a member of Lumina’s Business Champions collaborative. Locally, he contributed to the Arizona Insurance Network as President and currently advises the Commission of Dietetic Registration and the Rio Salado Community College President’s Advisory Board.

Mark is committed to community service, evidenced by his involvement on the Board of Directors at New Directions and as a corporate advisor to New Tech West High School. His community contributions were recognized with the Presidential Service Award in 2022 and 2023.

Mark’s career is a testament to a lifelong dedication to talent development, marked by innovative strategies and impactful leadership.

David James, 360Learning

David James is the Chief Learning Officer at 360Learning and is recognised as one of the top global influencers in the L&D space. His expertise lies in helping organisations modernise their approach to workplace learning, ensuring measurable results and business alignment.

David is also the host of The Learning & Development Podcast, which has amassed more than 1M downloads and ranks in the top 1% of podcasts globally. With more than 35,000 LinkedIn followers, he continues to shape the conversation around L&D innovation and best practices, drawing on his deep experience, including his time as Director of Learning, Talent & Organisational Development at The Walt Disney Company.

In 2026, David was honoured with the Colin Steed Award for Outstanding Contribution to Learning at The Learning Awards, presented by The LPI (Learning & Performance Institute), recognising his ongoing impact and leadership in advancing the L&D profession. Patrick Dunlap, Blanchard Training & Development

Patrick has been involved with workflow learning from the early days of electronic performance support systems. He started his journey at RWD Technologies where he held a number of positions, including head of a custom development software practice focused on building intuitive graphical interfaces that interfaced with older IBM mainframe applications. Patrick has also held sales, international operations, and partner management roles with RWD. Following the spin-off of RWD’s software business into ANCILE Solutions, Patrick was responsible for global sales, professional services, and partnerships with organizations such as SAP. Patrick then joined the German software company tts where he was responsible for Sales & Operations in the Americas and portions of Western Europe. There, he worked with some of the world’s largest companies to help solve their workflow learning challenges. Currently, Patrick serves as Vice President, International & Global Partnerships for Blanchard Training & Development, where he leads the international sales and delivery teams for Blanchard’s leadership development practice. He is also responsible for Blanchard’s worldwide network of authorized and global partners.

Scott Schmoldt, United Healthcare

Scott Schmoldt is an Associate Director of Learning at UnitedHealthcare, one of the nation’s largest health insurance providers which is dedicated to improving the value health care consumers receive by reducing the total cost of care, enhancing the quality of care received, improving health and wellness, and simplifying the health care experience. Scott began his journey in the Learning and Development space 17 years ago when he took a role as a technical trainer for Wausau Benefits, a small third-party administrator. He then spent several years in Instructional Design before moving into a leadership role in L&D. Scott is passionate about changing the paradigm that has surrounded traditional learning approaches and believes that learning in the flow of work at the moment of application is how we do it. He’s excited to be a part of the team and committed to growing the workflow learning and performance community.
