Chris has been an integral part of The 5 Moments of Need Certificate course since its beginning. She has assisted in creating a highly interactive and efficient learner experience.

Her main responsibilities are to help orchestrate the logistics of the course, as well as answer any questions our participants may have. Chris also serves as the office manager for APPLY Synergies, a strategic consulting firm that specializes in helping learning organizations design, develop, and measure effective learning and performance support strategies to meet The 5 Moments of Need.
